Screening Guide

Operation Guidelines for Screening Theaters
  • All screenings for the 14th DIAFF will be done on schedule as a rule.
  • Tickets that have not completed the admission process on time will be canceled according to the system. Seats cannot be guaranteed for delayed admissions.
  • Admissions will be made 15 minutes prior to the screenings, and the seats will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Please present the QR codes sent to your cell phones in front of the screening theaters.
  • Screenshots of the code may be denied access for the sake of fair operation.
  • Those who have difficulty with cell phone use must visit the on-site ticket booths first and get guidance.
  • Identification will be checked in front of the theater prior to the screening of films rated R and NC-17.

    * Only actual identification including resident registration cards, certificates of alien registration, driving licenses, passports, and mobile IDs allowed (Photos and images not allowed)

  • Photography and video recording are not allowed during the screening.
  • Please refrain from changing seats or re-entering the theater during the screening.
DIA-Stage
  • No reservations are needed for the DIA-Stage, and admissions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

    * Admissions may be prohibited after the maximum occupancy has been fulfilled due to safety reasons.
    * Self-made arbitrary queues by audience members for event viewing are irrelevant to the program operation.

  • Seating in hallways or viewing in standing positions may be prohibited by the staff.
  • Items that are considered to pose a threat to other audience members may be prohibited by the staff. Any photography or filming done on ladders is prohibited.
Official photography and video recording notice
  • Official photography and video recording will take place at screening venues and event spaces. Recorded photos and videos may be used on the festival¡¯s online and offline platforms. We kindly ask for your understanding.
